My role

My role is to create structured, safe and engaging spaces where individuals and teams can step back, make sense of what is really happening, and evolve the way they work together.

I work at the intersection of human, relational and organisational challenges: leadership, collaboration, tension, workload and sustainable performance.

My background

I spent over 15 years in senior Finance and Human Resources leadership roles within international organisations and high-pressure environments.

​

This experience gives me a very concrete understanding of corporate realities: business constraints, organisational complexity, leadership responsibility and human dynamics.

​

In 2014, a burnout marked a turning point in my career. It led me to rethink my relationship with performance, engagement and limits, and to redirect my professional path towards supporting individuals and teams.

​

Since then, I have supported hundreds of leaders, managers and professionals, as well as many teams, on leadership, team dynamics, collaboration and burnout prevention.

My perspective

I believe today’s organisational challenges are not primarily about technical skills or processes.

​

They are deeply linked to:

  • leadership posture,

  • quality of relationships,

  • teams’ ability to collaborate sustainably,

  • and how performance is achieved without exhaustion.​

My work aims to support organisations in building more conscious, more balanced and more sustainable dynamics, grounded in reality and responsibility.
